Qué información recibimos y para quéWhat information we receive and why

• Formulario de cita del chat: tu nombre, tu medio de contacto, tu mensaje y un extracto de la conversación (hasta unos 1.500 caracteres). Lo usamos para responderte y agendar la llamada.
• Mensajes del chat: para responder, el texto que escribes se procesa con un modelo de inteligencia artificial de Cloudflare (Workers AI). No guardamos las conversaciones en nuestros servidores. El historial se conserva solo en tu navegador mientras la pestaña esté abierta.
• Brief por correo: el texto se arma en tu navegador y lo envías tú desde tu programa de correo. No pasa por nuestros servidores.
• Datos técnicos: al visitar el sitio, Cloudflare procesa datos como la dirección IP para entregarlo y protegerlo. Usamos un límite temporal de peticiones por IP, que se guarda en memoria y no se archiva.

• Chat appointment form: your name, contact method, message and an excerpt of the conversation (up to about 1,500 characters). We use it to reply and schedule the call.
• Chat messages: to reply, the text you type is processed by a Cloudflare artificial-intelligence model (Workers AI). We do not store conversations on our servers. The history stays only in your browser while the tab is open.
• Brief by email: the text is built in your browser and you send it from your own email program. It does not go through our servers.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, Cloudflare processes data such as the IP address to deliver and protect it. We use a temporary per-IP request limit, kept in memory and not archived.

No usamos cookies ni rastreadores de terceros. Guardamos en tu navegador solo tu preferencia de idioma y, mientras dure la pestaña, el historial del chat. Hoy no enviamos eventos de uso a ningún servicio de analítica. Si algún día lo hacemos, actualizaremos esta política antes.

We do not use cookies or third-party trackers. We store in your browser only your language preference and, while the tab lasts, the chat history. Today we do not send usage events to any analytics service. If we ever do, we will update this policy first.

Con quién compartimos la informaciónWho we share it with

• Cloudflare: aloja el sitio y ejecuta el chat y el modelo de IA.
• Google: recibimos las solicitudes de cita por Gmail (mediante Google Apps Script) y, si reservas, la agenda de Google Calendar se rige por la política de Google.
• No vendemos tu información ni la compartimos con terceros para publicidad.

• Cloudflare: hosts the site and runs the chat and the AI model.
• Google: we receive appointment requests through Gmail (via Google Apps Script) and, if you book, Google Calendar is governed by Google's policy.
• We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Cuánto tiempo la guardamosHow long we keep it

Conservamos las solicitudes de cita mientras dure la conversación comercial y, si no hay contrato, hasta 24 meses. Si pides que las borremos antes, las eliminamos.

We keep appointment requests for as long as the commercial conversation lasts and, if there is no contract, up to 24 months. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do.

Qué te pedimosWhat we ask of you

No escribas contraseñas, números de tarjeta ni datos sensibles en el chat o el formulario. Si necesitas compartir información confidencial, pídenos un NDA y un canal seguro.

Please do not type passwords, card numbers or sensitive data in the chat or the form. If you need to share confidential information, ask us for an NDA and a secure channel.

Menores y cambiosMinors and changes

El sitio no está dirigido a menores de edad. Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos aquí la nueva versión con su fecha.

The site is not aimed at minors. If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
